Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of finalx.com and to any order you place with FinalX, operated by Databrain Corp. (DATABRAIN CORP, a US C Corporation), 254 Chapman Road, Newark, DE 19702 ("we", "us").

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include any discounts shown at checkout. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties, VAT or taxes, which are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery. If we can calculate them in advance, they're shown at checkout. Items shipping from our US warehouse to US addresses have no import charges. Only one discount code can be used per order. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; if we do, you receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We never ask for card details by email.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our warehouses worldwide (including the US and China). Each product shows its origin warehouse and delivery estimate on the product page and at checkout; estimates are not guaranteed. Orders with items from more than one warehouse may arrive in several packages with separate tracking. We ship worldwide. If an item can't be shipped to your country, its product page will tell you. Checkout shows the delivery estimate for your address. Free US shipping on orders $49+ after discounts; $4.99 under $49. See our Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

You may ask to return items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Returns & refunds policy, including the holiday window (orders from November 1, 2026 returnable until January 15, 2027 or 30 days from delivery, whichever is later). Defective items are replaced or refunded based on photos, without needing to be sent back. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping, and we'll send you the return address. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos. After we confirm with the carrier or supplier, we'll send a replacement or a full refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift cards

These terms apply to FinalX gift cards and store credit.

• Value and currency. A gift card is worth an amount in US dollars, from $10 to $500. It can be spent on anything sold at finalx.com, in any currency we offer; the card value is converted at that day's official exchange rate, rounded down to the cent.
• No expiry, no fees. Gift cards and store credit never expire and carry no fees.
• Spending. Enter the code at checkout. You can use part of the balance and keep the rest for later, combine several gift cards on one order, and use a gift card together with a discount code. If the order costs more than the cards, the rest is paid by card.
• Delivery. We email the card to the recipient on the date the buyer chooses, at 9:00 in the morning of the buyer's time zone, or to the buyer to give in person. Some purchases are checked for fraud before the card is sent, which can delay delivery by a few hours. If a card is lost, contact us: we can resend it to the email it was sent to.
• Returns. If something bought with a gift card is returned, the amount paid with the card goes back to the same card.
• Refunds and cash. A gift card that has not been used can be refunded to the buyer within 30 days of purchase. Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.
• Keep the code safe. Anyone with the code can spend the card. We may disable a card that was bought fraudulently or obtained without permission.
• Store credit that we issue (for example instead of a refund) works like a gift card under these terms.

Product information

We do our best to describe products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
