Privacy policy

This policy explains how Databrain Corp. (DATABRAIN CORP, a US C Corporation), 254 Chapman Road, Newark, DE 19702 ("FinalX", "we") handles your personal data.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your orders and run the store.

• Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), items ordered.
• Account details if you create one: name, email, saved addresses, password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, and we never ask for card details by email.
• Usage data: which pages and products are viewed, what is added to the cart and bought, and the device and approximate location (country) of the visit. See Analytics and advertising below.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and, only if you opt in, send you offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with one click.

Who we share it with

Only with services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our suppliers and shipping carriers (only what they need to fulfil and deliver your order), Mailgun (order and account emails), and, depending on your cookie choice, the analytics and advertising services below. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart, sign-in, language and currency working; they are always on.

Analytics and advertising

With your consent we use:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google): to understand how the store is used, for example which products are viewed and how many visits end in a purchase.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Pixel, when enabled: to measure our ads and show relevant ads on those platforms.

These services set their own cookies and receive the events described above, plus your IP address and device information. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of them load until you choose "Accept all" (or "Analytics only" for Google Analytics alone) in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Prices in your currency

We charge in US dollars (USD). If you choose another currency, or your country uses one, we may display prices in that currency, converted from USD at the exchange rate of the day (European Central Bank; official fixed rates for the UAE dirham and Saudi riyal). Your bank may apply its own conversion fee.

Retention

We keep order records as required for accounting and legal purposes, and delete other data when it's no longer needed or when you ask us to.
