Affiliate program terms

These terms apply to the FinalX affiliate program, run by Databrain Corp., 254 Chapman Road, Newark, DE 19702, US. Join from your account.

How you earn

• You get a personal link (https://finalx.com/?ref=yourcode). You can add ?ref=yourcode to any FinalX page link.
• You earn the commission rate shown in your account (currently 10%) on the merchandise total of orders placed after someone clicks your link, after discounts and excluding shipping and tax.
• A click counts for 30 days. If the shopper later clicks another affiliate's link, that later click gets the order.
• Orders you place yourself, with your own email, do not earn commission.

When you get paid

• Commission is pending for 30 days after the order is paid (our return window). Refunded or cancelled orders earn nothing; partial refunds lower the commission accordingly.
• After that it becomes available. You can request a payout from your account once your available balance reaches $100.
• We pay by PayPal or bank transfer, normally within 7 business days of the request. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Promoting FinalX

• Always disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and next to the link (for example "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission if you buy"). This is required by the US FTC and EU consumer law.
• Do not make claims about products, prices, shipping or returns that are not on our site.
• No spam, no fake reviews, no bidding on "FinalX" in search ads, no coupon or cashback sites unless we agree in writing, and no use of our name or logo in a way that suggests you are FinalX.
• Do not buy through your own link to earn commission, or use any other way to create orders that are not real customers.

Changes and ending

We may change the commission rate or these terms with notice by email; orders already placed keep the rate they had. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms and withhold commission from orders that break them. You can leave the program any time by emailing [email protected]; available commission above the minimum is still paid.
